2010 SRA Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Somers Residents Association Inc. to be held at the Somers Fire Station Meeting Room in Camp Hill Road, Somers on Friday 24th September 2010 commencing at 7.00 pm.
Business of the Meeting
- To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 25th September 2009.
- To receive from the committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year.
- To elect officers of the Association and the ordinary members of the committee.
- To receive and consider the statement submitted by the Association in accordance with section 30(3) of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Vic).
